Ridiculous wifi speed

Last year, I upgraded my wifi to uncapped, unthortled. I make sure all payments are up to date each month.

Yet, for the past couple of months MTN has been giving throttled speed. Which is not right seeing as I pay for unthortled. I am not happy about this and am considering canceling.
