Ridiculous turnaround times on queries.

I topped up my data using the MTN App 3 days ago. The money has gone off my bank account, but I have not received the data on my account. Two calls to the customer service centre later and I'm told to be patient - there is a 5 day turnaround on queries. Seriously? 5 days? How can you be in the business of supplying telephone and data access but when your system is broken, take 5 days to get back to people? This is your core business. It is what you do. Your turnaround time to get back to paying customers and providing them with the service they are paying you for, should be 12 hours max.
