Ridiculous treatment from MTN

I'm very upset at this point in time with MTN. Their work ethic has been nothing but questionable. They made an error and now me and my husband but mostly me are paying for it. We have corresponded through emails regarding this but to no avail. We are unable to acquire property because of this. Because of R249 that MTN failed to load when we closed our account and now my credit bureau profile is *****ed by this. Nobody has been willing to assist us regarding this matter. All we get is music on the other end of the line.
