Ridiculous to be charged for something you have not received.

Renewed a tablet contract I have had for many years, more than 6 weeks ago. I am being currently billed for it, but have still not received the device. Number starting with 06******xx Ridiculous to be charged for something you have not received. When I finally managed to get through to MTN 3 weeks ago, they said it was with the courier and the courier couldnt get hold of me. Absolute *******! Unless everyone is stupid enough to be trying to call on the datalines number??? Which has no device yet????? The lady who sold it to me, said she would follow up and ask them to redispatch..... still waiting!!! and still Paying !!!!! Disgusted!!!
