Ridiculous system

I place an order for MTN Home Internet Starter R249 like 2 months back, it took about a month for their customer service to contact me, but I was told that my profile is on their legacy system and have to go into the store, I went into the store but I was told that it can only be done automatically and lots of people have been waiting for years for the same thing. So, it seems like a dead end, what a ridiculous system in this tech age.
