Ridiculous service MTN is bull****

I cannot believe the inconvenience that this ridiculous company has caused for me. First of all they stopped debiting my account then handed me over to VVM I then started getting notifications that I am being handed over. I started the process of making arrangements with them and this year on the 3rd of Feb I paid the account up in full and got the paid up letter. Now I go there and I'm still listed as surprisingly no one can assist. So I called 135 three yes then was told to email CIM_legal which just sent me an automated email and didn't attend to my query. I went to the store again and still listed. Who the he'll is suppose to assist me because it's been 4 months now. This is ridiculous I will never ever get a contract here.
