Ridiculous service / MTN is a ripoff

Worse experience ever, i had an upgrade done in april and the phone was faulty , they took the phone back in april and they were supposed to cancel the upgrade then. Since April I have been sent from one department to another , after following up on ref *** today i was told sorry retention does not deal with the query I must speak to the person who did the upgrade who is in MTN direct JHB. when I call MTN direct Im told they dont deal with cancellation .... I mean this is ridiculous , i have been paying for device i dont have and they have the audacity to send me an invoice today TF? sending an email to their customer care is a nightmare and their complaints department is non existing...

I have a list of references :***,***, ***,***,***,*** and *** all I'm getting is a bunch of reference numbers but not the solution to my query WOW!
