RIDICULOUS SERVICE !! I want my money back.

I have purchased /subscribed for the MTN home internet 4G I’m July which I’ve paid an Upfront fee of R289.

I subscribed for a month to month R249 package which I was supposed to be debited R249 by the end of the month, however, I have been debited R459 how the hell is this possible?

You guys are offering a ridiculous service with lies included.

I’ve called your agents so many times and no one is helping me.

How the hell do you still continue to go and lie to the public while you can keep up with what users subscribed for? Can some call and fix this because it’s bull**** what’s going on.
