Ridiculous service from MTN online shop

I app**** online for a router on 6 July 2022 and few days later they requested for supporting documents I then sent them and I received an sms that says my application is approved but it's been over a month now I have not received the router I have called the call Centre several times and they keep on saying my order is stuck at warehouse at some instances the call centre agents make me hold and they end my call, I have also requested that they must cancel the application so I can go physically to the MTN shop and do another application because I can't do another one while the online application is not cancel yet they not delivering so I am so disgusted by the service so now I am waiting for lord knows when.
