Ridiculous service from MTN

Yello! I received my MTB 5G Home Wifi router in the 2nd of Aug 2024 today is the 6th and I am yet to receive some form of help or assistance from MTN as to why my router keeps connecting and disconnecting every 5minutes. Seriously considering cancelling this contract since I haven't had any benefit from this whatsoever but still paying for the service. MTN please do better.

I eventually after 30minutes waiting time managed to speak to a customer service agent who advised that the towers are down and under maintenance. And that she would redirect my signal to a tower which has a stable connection. That has yet it happen.
