Ridiculous Service from MTN

My sim has become RICA barred all of a sudden and for the past 2 days MTN have not been able to resolve the issue. A service I pay for cannot be used. I cannot call my wife or my brother or anyone for that matter. I cant even call for help in an emergency. What is going on. DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE ACCOUNT. But if I don't pay the account then MTN will very quickly call to resolve the non-payment. This is ****TY service. Call me MTN...I dare you. ********** 037
