RIDICULOUS SERVICE

It is very sad that I am yet writing bad another review about MTN. Last year MTN approved a ********** online contract phone for a person that was using my details and they took forever to remove it under my credit profile...... Now I want to buy a phone and their system still has my details as *****. And when I call to have this removed their consultants send me from pillar to post, it's like they don't know what they are doing. They were so quick to carelessly authorise a ********** online purchase but I physically went to the store and they fail to assist me. MTN is ridiculous, Your service really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!
