Ridiculous service

MTN Legal is the worst!! I have sent them numerous emails regarding a paid up letter for my account and I have just been receiving automated responses stating that they will respond with in 24hours and I have not received one response. The service from the Call Centre is not any better I have spoken to almost every department and every agent and not one of them have been able to even send a letter to say thank you your payment has been received its ridiculous.
