Ridiculous Service

<p>Hi All,</p> <p>Let me keep this brief. I got a new MTN cellphone contract now going on 4 months ago. This contract was due to come with a a set of headphones and 30Gb of data. I am still to receive either of these items, and when I go into the stores or call their "helpline", I get 'put on a list'. </p> <p>MTN, I do not see how this is acceptable. I have personally supported your network for over 8yrs and I do not see why I have to wait and wait and wait just to receive what was promised to me. Then when I want to cancel because of this service, or lack thereof, you want to charge me!?!?</p>
