Ridiculous network speeds

I'm on MTN business package and in the beginning I had super great Internet speeds. But now it gets so bad that I get angry waiting for videos to buffer. I used to get up to 50 mbps speed now I'm lucky to get 500 kbps speeds. This is ridiculous. It makes me want to cancel my contract, but then I'll probably have to pay for that too.
