Ridiculous MTN credit check dept

I app**** for a MTN contract - declined. I was told that I did not meet minimum requirements re credit score. Very odd as I have no issues, am not in debt and even checked my score credit score online on a few sites. MTN is not willing to relook if the captured data is correct. I had also submitted a payslip and 3 months bank statements. There is no way I would not qualify...
