Ridiculous data Data Usage!!!

I am always having a horrible experience with MTN , and have complained on numerous occasions and was never assisted by their agent , i have even asked one of them to escalate my query , till today nobody has came back to me . Every single day i load 1Gig as i work from home , todat 7:50 i loaded 1GB 10minutes after while i was still busy 50% of that data was used , What nonsense is that!! , And this is the 3rd time . Normally it takes me till 5 o'clock to use my data , I want my data back!! asap , This is no Fair!!! , My name is Thabisa Johnson , Using number *** , Sort this nonsense out Now!!
