Ridiculous Data Charges from MTN and no response on logged dispute

<p>My average total monthly account since July 2015 when I took out a new contract with MTN has been R1790 - in September I was suddenly charged over R3500 just for data which made my total bill R5644 and then in October in I was charged R5211 just for data which has made my bill R7966!</p> <p>I logged the first dispute on 02 Nov, with a follow up on 24 November and a follow up this morning as I have had no response to date which is now a month later. I have now logged the second dispute. I have been a loyal customer to MTN for about 15 years. Well they will be saying goodbye to me very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusting!!!!</p>
