Ridiculous Data Charges ***

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been a client of Nashua and then MTN with an average account of no more than R1000.00, BUT since 01-02-2017, my account sky rocketted from the normal R1000.00 to R3000.00 to R36000.00. MTN claims that the charges for Data is VALID, but some of the charges are charged in the middle of the night for a handset that is not used in 2-3 o'clock in the morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>My disguss is in the fact that MTN is not protecting their customers of any BILL SHOCK, they are quick to block you of getting more lines on your contract, but no block to save you from a R30000.00 bill. And that said, my account only has a credit limit of R3898.00, which actually means I should not be able to exceed this amount?
