Ridiculous Billing, Pathetic Service

I am absolutely appalled by the manner in which my enquiry has been handled by MTN. I have been BEGGING for my statement because I constantly receive incorrect statements for different account holders. Now I am handed over to SSDA who is not able to assist me in any way and yet call me multiple times a day and expect me to make payment for a ridiculous amount they can't explain. The amount keeps increasing every time they call. I will escalate this matter further.
