Ridiculous Amounts of Spam
I've been getting adverts broadcasted to my phone when I try to call someone. Not only is this irritating, inconvenient and something I never agreed to, it's also potentially dangerous. What if you are trying to make an emergency phone call and you are met with a blaring voice shouting an advert at you?!?!<br> <br> I find this whole thing pathetic and unacceptable. In addition to this new marketing spam, I also receive the usual stream of marketing and competitions SMS's which I am NOT interested in receiving. I cannot understand why MTN feels the need to spam and irritate their own customers. My girlfriend feels exactly the same as she gets the same shocking service from MTN. <br> <br> Stop spamming us or we will both be leaving your network for one that cares more about their customers than pathetic marketing campaigns.
