Ridiculous accounts
I have 2 cell accounts with MTN, the one R150 to be capped at R150 and R75 account. I thus budget to not pay more than R325 towards cellphone on any given month. <br> I have received an account now with a billing for R490. How can this be possible if I placed a limit on my account. I don't know what is happening. The contract that has this ridiculous billing is expiring within a month, and it just feels asif im being exploited during this last few months. <br> I am definetly losing trust in MTN based on this, and actually thinking of not renewing my contract again. <br>
