Ridiculous

I took out a month to month router contract on the 27th October 2023 for R499 monthly, I was billed pro rata but now I have a bill for R896 for the month of December, for the past week I have been trying to get assisted but to no avail.

Several phone calls, email to customer care but no one bother to answer their calls and no response to my emails.

This is the worst service ever.
