Ridicules unprofessional behavior

I called in on Friday 17:00 to enquire how a 7 day data bought on the 12th June can expire on the 15/06/2018. They had no answers. I spoke to two ppl who pretended to help but to my surprise they didn't even do anything to the account. The query was suppose to be a 24hrs and nothing. I call now at 12:00 I speak to Cindy supposedly a supervisor she says the query wasn't logged and the is nothing they can do about it and I should wait another 24 hours. A reference number will be sent and no reference number has been received. Means after 12 years on the network and contract and I get **** service from mtn
