RICA with MTN - Not possible!

Got a sim at Pep Celular in Gateway and had it RICA'd. RICA did not go through. Was advised, through Twitter, to use the App. Did this twice, but although each time I was informed that the RICA was successful, it was not.

Speaking to a consultant is also not possible??? With the other networks I can, but it seems MTN does not offer this service???
