Rica takes weeks

I have been waiting for a sim card to Rica for more than 2 weeks, this is absolutely ridiculous. I went in to the Dainfern Square Branch middle September and this sim card still has not RICA'd as of yet. I wanted to change my number due to being harrased by abusive family mebers who I still have to deal with.
