RICA OFFFLINE DUE TO STRIKE
I wasted my lunch break and drove to the MTN to purchase a sim card and RICA it in order to do a sim swap only to be told they have been blocked and dont know when they will be able to RICA again due to the strike. When I asked if there is any way that they could assist me I was told that there is nothing that they can do.
