RICA ISSUES
<p>I hope that this can finally work and get this simcard RICA'd. Went in to Woodlands MTN over 2 weeks ago to get a dual SIM on my phone, since the signal is very bad where I live I wanted to use it in a Router with an antenna, I was told the sim would be active the next day... going on 3 weeks now it still doesn't work.!</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been to MTN Woodlands Boulevard 4 times for the same thing and have had different people assist each time. Nobody can properly RICA my simcard so that it can work. They "escalated" it last time and promised me it would be sorted within 2 to 4 hours. That was on Wednesday this week, exactly 2 weeks after requesting this sim, it still doesn't work despite the ladies and gents trying to RICA the sim each visit.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help! I've paid for the simcard and keep having to take time off work to go into MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference No. for "escalation" : 1- ********** 7244</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

We are busy working on the compliant for the dual sim card not active on the network. We have requested for the technical support team to assist with this, they are busy looking into this. We have Rica the sim card, +-2-24 hours.

Thank you for helping, though I still don't have a usable simcard. It now says that I have been RICA barred when I try dialing and I can't connect to the internet.
