Rica deregistration

The customer care email is useless,I have logged a call #*** with no resolution for over a week now all I get is just contradictory back and forth.I bought a sim card which was lost together with the phone on the same day.I do not have the sim no nor the cellphone number,the pep store I bought from cannot assist with anything and reffered me to contact the network. The sim was rica d with my id number and all I asked is that they take my id number and deregister any mtn number that appears because if that simcard is used for any ********** activities my details will appear.The rica contact number wihich they supp**** advised that they deal with the network dealerships and vendors only and that the info is sent to government and they dont know what happens thereafter.

It seems every agent that gets the email just rushes to close the call without reading the prior emails
