RICA BARRING

<p>I signed up for a contract on Saturday at MTN retain store in N1, I spoke to a nice friendly agent who is nothing but helpful and she advised me to wait for an sms, I recieved the sms and went Monday to finialise the deal. Her system was down to filter the number so she promised by by Tuesday morning that it will be sorted. The number was active and my cell phone picked up the number but it keeps on saying Rica barred. I called her and she said she submitted the Rica and on her side it went through but same problem. I called Rica help desk and well hanging on i checked the website that says it is Rica'd and guy at Rica says it is fine and I must speak to contracts and I spoke to a lady who couldn't care about me as a customer or her job one bit. I WORK IN A CALL CENTRE, I KNOW WHAT THAT VOICE SOUNDS LIKE. No matter what I do I still get Rica barred and am just fed up now. Props to the retain agent for helping but this is pahetic now</p>
