RICA BARRED SINCE FRIDAY AND STILL NOT RESOLVED. UNACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!!!!!

On friday i ported from Cell C to MTN. The porting was successful however i am not able to use my sim. It says RICA barred and i am unable to do a thing with my Sim card. Since Saturday i have been going to MTN Wonderpark with documents for RICA and still not resolved.

i am really getting impatient with MTN. this is unacceptable at all. since friday without communication with my family.
