RICA BARRED SIM CARD

Ordered 2 laptops with them that came with two routers was told to have ID and proof of residence ready on delivery for RICA purposes, on delivery courier was handed the documents and to date only 1 of the Sim cards is working, I have called the MTN call centre, sent an email and went in store just to be shoved from channel to channel store says I have to call in when I call in they say I have to go into the store I even attempted a self RICA on the MTN app which failed. Horrible service from all channels
