Rica barred

My sim card just stopped working i wasnt receiving calls and sms so i call mtn call centre telling me im rica barred and i asked why what they told me they don't know the only way is to go to the store they fix it i go to the store in pretoria wonderboom junction still they don't know why im rica barred so they gave me a number to dial #330*0000# and wait for 24 hours its been a week now not getting any help and im missing out on job opportunities because of this im really angry because my sim card started not working on the 22nd of February now its the 8th of march i might as well just port my number and go to another network
