Rica barred

<p>I ported from FNB to MTN and was told it would take 2-24 hours. It has been 2 days now and every time I go to an MTN store my sim is Rica'd. Can't call, can't do anything or the registration on my sim card. I have called the MTN call centre and was told that my number is "RICA-barred" and they DON'T KNOW when it will be fixed. I called the RICA call centre and was told the exact same thing. </p>
