Rica Barred
have never experienced such bad service as I experienced from MTN. I have a prepaid account with MTN i have been using this number for many years now and yesterday(20/10/2015 my sim card was RICA barred. I went to an MTN store and they told me that my sim card is registered for RICA but still I cannot make phone call, send a message or even check my airtime balance. I am able to receive phone calls but i cannot make calls. The list of excuses as to why my sim card is not working is endless.<br>
