RICA a Sim that should allready be Rica'd

Based on what I see in the reviews left, this company is either very overwhelmed with all the bad reviews and do not know where to start or simply do not know how to provide service by really trying to analyse as to what is really the problem/s causing such a large number of unhappy users. They appear to be like the government which simply turns a deaf ear. But here is my story: We have an account with yourselves in a business name. The account number is A******XX. We apply for an additional Sim Only deal to use Whatsapp Business for our own business. I place the Sim card in the device (Tablet) and now the system tells me I have to traips all the way to a branch with an ID and address document to enable the Sim to be Rica’d. To get in contact with the same person who had assisted me in the first instance (by e-mail), is impossible since they DO NOT HAVE PHONES!!!!!! Everything is done electronically and surely you have an account in your books that is already Rica’d. Why must one now go into the traffic, find parking within a huge complex, walk how far to find the cell shop and wait in a queue just to eventually get helped. Sounds rather silly to me. I cannot comprehend the silliness of this in today’s day and age with technology all around us. Good luck with the pushback from your clients. Daniel
