I have been trying to port my number from mtn to telkom for two months now due to the terrible call center and only to find out that my mtn rica details are not under my name(also have no clue how did that happen or who does it belong to). I also bought several new sim cards to perform a simple sim swap and those mtn sim cards cant be active , cant even call 173, then i decided to go to menlyn ground floor store...i explain to them and they promised me that i will recieve an sms from mtn removing that persons details and replace it with mine and im still waiting for that sms. please MTN release me from your network because im so stucked.
