REYCREO subscription service and MTN

I recently discovered that a company by the name of Reycreo has been deducting about R9 from my airtime since the 20th of January 2020. I didn't consent nor remember accepting any subscription service that I would like to utilize or experience.

To the benefit of both the network and the subscription service, I absolutely abhor this business practice and will not tolerate this form of theft on my account.

This needs to rectified and both MTN and this company need to be prosecuted for this.

We purchase airtime amidst this high cost for communication in our country and yet we are subjected these business practices that lead to very serious implications.

Its absolutely disgusting.
