Reycreo/ MTN *****ing my airtime
It appears that I was subscribed to something called Reycreo without my permission in February. They have *******ly been taking money from my account and it is unacceptable. From what I can tell from reading other complaints this is an MTN related company and seems to be a way to take customers airtime. It is disgusting that this can happen. MTN REFUND ME ALL MY MONEY THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY BEFORE I LAY A COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE.

17 Apr 2020, 14:27I am extremely disappointed by your terrible response, I have seen replies in other cases of the exact same instance from MTN where they have acknowledged fault and have refunded the client. This is really shoddy customer service on your part, I expected better as I have been a loyal customer for years. I am obviously just a number as I am not a contract holder. Disgusting disgusting service.
Clearly Mtn is a company that only cares about their own back pockets ?! I expect a better response to this or I will be pressing charges
