REWARDSCO/MTN CELLPHONE CONTRACT *****!

I app**** for a cellphone contract online with MTN and unknowingly the application is processed by REWARDSCO who are MTN's service provider. In Short, I never got delivery of any device but was eventually debited the amount for the contract. I called MTN was put through from one department to the next! then eventually told to contact REWARDSCO, Getting through to REWARDSCO is a mission and they will never ever call you back to give feedback. After numerous attempts they finally provided the proof of delivery which shows that my identity had been cloned/copied. The ***** happened after my application with MTN/REWARDSCO, i have yet to receive any feedback on how my identity was compromised by those involved at MTN/REWARDSCO or proof that the contract was cancelled after i have proven my case to them. Both MTN and REWARDSCO point fingers at each other. The customer service from both companies is actually revolting! I have resorted to lodging a complaint with ICASA as a result. The ***** department is non existent as i have called in numerous times over months and still no one has called to give a response.
