Rewardsco -Mondo : Worst Company in the World

RewardsCo MTN is the most problematic company I have ever dealt with. I was called and emphasized that I do not require another number and would like to maintain my existing number. The agent has made an error with changing the last digit on my mobile number which has triggered a delivery for a new sim card and obviously a new number. MTN has directed me to Rewardsco to rectify the problem When calling RewardsCo they are mentioning that they cannot help and I should contact MTN. Furthermore when calling Rewardsco -Mondo on two occasions, I was told it is not their problem.
