Rewards Issues

I have been asking MTN to.assist me with rewards and to date not even a reply on mail.to acknowledge the email. Also their Social Media team has been saying they escalated and awaiting feedback and still nothing received from both ends. Yet am still getting vouchers and they keep on expirering and no1 wants to take accountability. Why create summer offerings and yet not providing with the codes This is just **** service.
