Rewards Co - terrible deals

You get an external product provider, Rewards Co, to call your customers to offer them upgrades on my ID number. The consultant, Keshnie Bunwarie, upgraded 3 contracts on 36 month deals with SIM only. Now I have to pay penalties to get out of the contracts which only start in August. The recording of the call I must go and request in branch. I offer MTN retention to waive the penalty and amend my contracts which was not accepted.
