Rewards Co and MTN service non existent

Took out a contract through Rewards Co. Worst mistake ever... Canceled the contract on the third week of taking it out because of the pathetic service from day 1 of receiving the device. Arrange for cancelation and the device to be picked up from me.... Device was picked up by DSV courier all arranged with Miranda Khumalo.... Up to this date I am still been debitted for a contract device and Sim that I don't have in my possession. I have sent numerous emails and no has the common decency to get back to me and try to solve up their own mess. EVEN SENT EMAILS TO MTN AS RRWARDS CO IS A RESELLER FPR MTN AND THEY ALSO DON'T GET BACK TO ME BUT YET THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO COMPLETE A SURVEY ON THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. HOW THE F#@CKING HELL SHOULD I RATE A ****** SERVICE THAT I DIDN'T EVEN GET IN THE FIRST PLACE.... N OF I DID GET ANY SORT OF SERVICE EITHER FROM REWARDS CO OR MTN I WOULD BE ON HELLO PETER'S PLATFORM RANTING ABOUT PUTRID SERVICE. IT'S BEEN 5 MONTHS NOW THAT I AM TRYING TO GET ANY FORM OF ASSISTANCE LEAVE ALONE A DAMN REFUND ON THE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DEBITTED FOR SOMETHING I DONT HAVE.
