Mtn and Mondo

I'm not happy to still be inactive it's almost a month uou guys will be deducting money from my account when I haven't even used the Sim yet. I was suppose to be given a Ricad Sim don't understand this Rica barred error I can't even do it on the App as advised by the Mondo consultant. As I said before as a person on a wheelchair I can't be going looking for an MTN store I NEED Assistance ASAP whether it's Mondo or MTN please stop blaming each other and sort it out
