REVOLTING SERVICE!

I have called MTN a total of 7 times to cancel my cellphone contract, all 7 times they have hung up on me after I have said I am cancelling my contract. Even going in store they are unable to cancel the contract. How is a company able to be so utterly useless? Their signal is terrible and does not allow me to make business related calls, which results in me losing valuable business and money. Finally after getting through to the retention services (8th call) they quote me a cancellation fee which is near ******** in price. <br> <br> All I want is to be free of this company and move to another service provider as soon as possible. I was not aware that this was the way that MTN treated their costumers. Completely ********* and disrespectful.
