Revolting Customer Service

MTN is not even worth giving a one star rating! I have two numbers on contract with MTN and when my contract was due for an upgrade, I completed the upgrade online but then I received 3 reference numbers. I contacted the call center as I didn't wanted them to give me 3 phones. The lady (Melissa from Retentions) then explained that she is unable to pick up the reference numbers and that I should contact the online department. When she transferred me to them the consultant acted as if she could not hear me and dropped the phone (this happened about 3 times). On the 4th time I spoke to a lady and she told me that Melissa has cancelled the applications and that we should go in to the branch. I went to the branch and the consultant upgraded the one phone as he was experiencing system difficulty and said that he would process the other upgrade as soon as the system problem has been resolved. He then discovered that the online department re-opened the upgrade application and he is now unable to do the upgrade on the other line as the online department is refusing to cancel their application that they went and re-opened without my consent. I am now sitting with one upgraded contract and the other phone still on the old contract. There is now apparently no way of getting in contact with the online department as one of the consultants stated that there is no way of getting in touch with them except by logging a complaint on the website which I did and received a ref *** which has to date not been worked on as I still await someone to contact me. In the meantime, the couriers keeps on contacting me to deliver the phones as according to them MTN refuses to take the phones back. If this matter is not resolved, then MTN must cancel the upgrade request and keep my contracts as is and I will not renew my other contract with them.
