Revolting customer service

My phone got ****** which my sister pays for and I have been trying to block it and get a reference number. Not only have I been continuously looped on the IVR system to get through to an operator, when I do eventually get through to the queue to speak to the operator, I have in most instances have been waiting for no less than an hour on the line being put on hold.
