revolting company and service

I HATE this company!!! I have been a customer for YEARS and more than a year and a half ago they "upgraded" me to a contract that I NEVER agreed to. I have been trying to get this canceled ever since. They have deducted money out of my account without my permission. I have been forced to pay otherwise I get blacklisted! I have been trying to get through to their retentions office for over a year and a half and NO ONE has EVER phoned me back!!! I cant even express how much I HATE this company and what damn ******* they are!!
