Reviewing team

Good day, I am very unhappy. I wanted to take a contract with MTN. I was there about a week ago (18 November 2023). The staff there was very kind and helpfull to a certain point. I gave through all my information they needed. But when the documents were sent through..I stood there for almost two hours for feedback to see if I can apply. It was not the staff's fault. But whoever is recieving the emails and needing to review me, is not doing their job! I went there again (25 November 2023) and guess what, I still have not recieved any feedback to see if I could apply. The problem could not be because of black friday, because I app**** a week before. Today, 27 November 2023, I still have not recieved feedback. This is very dissapointing. As I have mentioned, it is not the staff that was the problem, but the people who are doing the reviewing to see if I can apply. This is really getting on my nerves. If I cannot get feedback proparly, how do you expect customers to be happy? Should I go to vodacom, Cell C...Telkom? Please find people who can work faster on the reviewing team.
